Troubleshooting & FAQ
- Can I assign a task to another user?
- Currently tasks are global and cannot be assigned to a specific user
- Why can't I see all of the appointments
- If you are a provider, you will only see appointments that are assigned to you
- If you are a provider and still don't see any appointment, check your calendar to make sure that you have been added as the "Staff/Optometrist" in the appointment
- If you are an administrative staff, navigate to your Account Settings and disable "Allow Internal Appointment Scheduling" This will allow you to view all appointments.
- If you are a provider, you will only see appointments that are assigned to you
