- Add DOB and Primary Contact Number if using ePrescribe

- Mark "Allow Internal Appointment Scheduling" as "No"
- Marking as "No" will remove you from the staff/optometrist dropdown in the appointment. It will also allow you to see all appointments in the homepage.

Updating Your Account Profile
1. Access Account Settings 0:00

Start from the home screen.

Click on your initials located in the top right corner.

Select 'Account Settings' from the dropdown.
2. Edit Your Profile 0:16

In the account settings, find and click on 'Edit Profile'.
3. Enter Provider Information 0:24

If you are a provider, input your:

Personal NPI (National Provider Identifier)

License number
-
-
Update your primary phone number and date of birth if you plan to use e-prescribe.
4. Update Email and Location 0:45

Update your email address.

Choose your primary location.

If you do not plan to be scheduled with patients, you can disable internal appointment scheduling.
5. Allow Internal Appointment Scheduling 1:06

As a provider, check the option to allow internal appointment scheduling.

Save your changes.
6. Add Your Signature 1:18

After entering your NPI and license, scroll to the bottom to add your signature.

This signature will be used for prescriptions and notes.
