Troubleshooting
There are a few things that might cause your online scheduling link to not be working or the link works, but no appointments are shown. Here are the steps to take:
- Check to see that you have Appointment Event Types created.
- These are going to be all of your appointment types that you want the staff to have the ability to create.
- Check to see that you have Appointment Request Options created.
- These are the online appointments that patients will be able to request through your website, google maps, and etc.
- Each Appointment Request Option will need to be linked to a specific Appointment Event Type and have the same duration.
- Check to see if you have created Availability for your provider/staff member.
- In order for the staff member to have online availability, you will need to create External slots
- If you need help creating an online scheduling please review Setting Availability and Creating an Online Schedule
- Make sure that you are creating the correct time slots for the appointments that you want to make available for online scheduling.
- The slot duration is a 1:1 relationship with the Appointment Request Option duration. For example, if you create a 30 min slot, the online calendar will only show Appointment Request Options with a 30 min duration.
- If you have checked all of these and the booking page is still not showing the correct appointments.
- If you are a multi-location -> Are you selecting the correct location?
- Have you selected the correct appointment type?
