In this article, you will learn how to create an online schedule for your staff and make it available for patients to book appointments.
1. Create the Online Schedule
- Navigate to Appointments > Availability.
- Select the staff member or doctor you want to create a schedule for, then select Edit Availability.
- Select a time slot on the calendar to set appointment availability.
- Choose the start time, duration, and appointment types.
- Select the visibility type:
- Internal — visible to staff only; does not appear on the public online schedule.
- External — appears on the public online schedule for patients to book.
- Internal and External — available for online booking and visible to staff as an open slot.
- Select whether to create consecutive slots.
2. View and Share the Public Booking Page
- On the Availability page, select Public Booking to open your public booking page in a new tab.
- Copy the URL and add it as a link on your website for patients to access.
- Alternatively, select Copy Public Booking Link to copy the link directly.
