In this article, you will learn two methods for removing scheduled appointment reminder messages for canceled patients.
Method 1: Remove Scheduled Messages from the Communication Center
- Navigate to Communication > Scheduled.
- Search for the canceled patient.
- Locate the scheduled reminder and select the ⋯ menu next to it.
- Select Remove.
Method 2: Remove Reminders from the Patient Profile
- Navigate to Patients and search for the canceled patient.
- Open the patient's Patient Profile.
- Select the Messages tab.
- Locate the blue message that reads "You have 1 scheduled message."
- Select it to view the scheduled reminders.
- Select the ⋯ menu next to the reminder and select Remove.
