In this article, you will learn how to access and navigate the Kno2 portal to manage incoming and outgoing faxes for your practice.

1. Access the Kno2 Portal
- Open a browser and navigate to kno2.prod.barti.com
- Enter your email and password
- Click Sign In
2. My Intake — View Incoming Faxes
My Intake is your inbox for all incoming faxes and messages.
- Select My Intake from the left sidebar
- Click any item to preview the document
- Use the status filter to view items by In Progress, Processed, or All
- To download a fax, open the item and click Download
- To forward a fax, open the item, click Forward, enter the recipient's fax number or Direct address, and click Send
- To mark an item as processed, click Mark as Processed
3. Release — Send an Outgoing Fax
- Select Release from the left sidebar
- Click New Release
- Select Fax as the release type
- Enter the recipient's fax number
- Enter the patient name and date of birth in the patient fields
- Click Add Attachment and select the document to send
- Review the details and click Send
4. Find a Provider
Use Find a Provider to look up Direct Secure Messaging addresses for other healthcare providers.
- Select Find a Provider from the left sidebar
- Enter the provider name, organization, or NPI
- Click Search
- Select the correct provider from the results to use their Direct address as a recipient
5. Settings
- Select Settings from the left sidebar to manage fax numbers, notification preferences, and user settings
- To update email notifications, select My Profile from the top-right menu and click Email Notifications

How do I access Kno2 from within Barti?
You can send letters directly from Barti's Letter Generation feature using your eFax integration. To manage your inbox and outgoing faxes, log in directly at kno2.prod.barti.com.
An incoming fax is not appearing in My Intake — what should I check?
Check that your intake rules are configured correctly in Settings. If faxes are still missing, contact Kno2 Support at support@kno2.com or 1-888-390-6394.
