Troubleshooting/FAQ
- What if I don't see Manage SFTP Password under My Account?
- Most likely, if you're not seeing 'Manage SFTP Password', it's because you do not have Admin access through Trizetto. Ensure that the account Admin logs in and follows the instructions accordingly.
- I'm the Admin, but I'm still not seeing Manage SFTP Password...
- Trizetto has been making many updates lately and it's possible an error occurred with your access. Reach out to Trizetto's Customer Support line by calling 1.800.556.2231 and they can help resolve the issue. When calling Trizetto, you will need to provide your 4 character Site ID, the practice name, and the last four of your Tax ID#.
- NOTE - Trizetto might mention that the reason the option is unavailable is because your EHR (Barti) manages your SFTP Password. However, at this time, Barti does NOT manage SFTP passwords for practices and it is most likely a permissions/access issue that Trizetto needs to resolve.
