In this article, you will learn how to complete your Kno2 account registration after Barti eFax has been enabled for your organization, including how to resolve common issues like blocked accounts.
1. Receive Your Kno2 Invitation Email
After Barti enables eFax for your organization, Kno2 will send a welcome email to the address on file.
- Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an email from Kno2
- Click the activation link in the email to begin account setup
- The activation link expires — if it has expired, contact Barti Support to request a new invitation
❗ Important Note: The invitation link is single-use. Do not share it with others. Each user requires their own invitation.
2. Create Your Password
- Enter a password that meets Kno2's requirements: minimum 12 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, a number, and a special character
- Confirm your password and click Save
3. Log In to the Kno2 Portal
- Navigate to kno2.prod.barti.com
- Enter your email address and password
- Click Sign In
4. Complete Identity Verification (if prompted)
Some accounts require identity verification before full access is granted.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to verify your identity
- If verification fails or your account shows a "Failed" status, contact Kno2 Support at support@kno2.com or call 1-888-390-6394 (Monday–Friday, 6am–6pm MST)

My activation link is not working — what do I do?
Activation links expire after a set period. Contact Barti Support to request a new invitation email be sent from Kno2.
My account is blocked or shows a "Failed" status — how do I fix it?
A blocked or failed account status must be resolved directly with Kno2. Contact Kno2 Support at support@kno2.com or 1-888-390-6394. Have your organization name and fax number ready.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
On the Kno2 login page at kno2.prod.barti.com, click Forgot Password? and follow the prompts. A valid two-factor authentication number must be on file. If you are locked out completely, contact Kno2 Support.
Can multiple users share one Kno2 account?
No. Each user needs their own Kno2 account and invitation. Contact Barti Support to add additional users to your organization's eFax account.
