This article walks through the steps to connect your Barti and Trizetto accounts.
- If you have an existing Trizetto account but previously used a different PMS system, Trizetto will need to update your Site ID with the PMS change.
If you nee to create or update a Trizetto account, please reach out to the Barti team.

Link your Trizetto Account
- Navigate to the Insurance section.
- Click on Claims.
- Click the 3 Dots (more options) then Enter Trizetto Account

Enter your Trizetto Site ID and SFTP
- You will be prompted to enter your Site ID and SFTP password

❗ Important Note: This is only visible to Admin users
❗ Important Note: The SFTP password is different than the password used to log into the Trizetto dashboard. Typically the SFTP password will be provided to you by your Trizetto Implementation Representative.
