This article is an overview of the different roles available for users when using Barti ePrescribe

Proxy Clinician (Page 12)**
This role is for a non-NPI holder who can act on behalf of a prescribing clinician in the same clinic to add and edit prescriptions. However, this role cannot approve or send prescriptions to a pharmacy.
Prescribing Clinician (Page 14)**
This role is for an NPI holder who can send non-controlled substance prescriptions to the pharmacy. If the client has EPCS enabled and the clinician has set up two-factor authentication (TFA), they can also send controlled substance prescriptions.
