Key Steps
1. Access Organization Settings - Navigate to the top right corner of the Barti interface. - Select Organization Settings from the dropdown menu (requires Admin access).
2. Navigate to Integrations - Within Organization Settings, select the Integrations tab and begin the FramesData integration process.
3. Log into FramesData - Provide the requested FramesData account information in the modal. All fields are required.
4. Add Inventory Item - Go to Billing > Inventory. - Select the option to Add a New Inventory Item. - Enter UPC or EAN barcode — Input the UPC (12-digit) or EAN (13-digit) barcode for the inventory item you wish to add. The system will validate the barcode format and automatically fetch data from FramesData to populate the relevant fields.
Important Note: If the barcode entry is invalid, Barti will display a specific error message (e.g., "Invalid EAN check digit" or "Must be 12 digits (UPC) or 13 digits (EAN)"). Verify the barcode and re-enter.
