In this article, you will learn how to send patient letters via eFax directly from Barti and view sent faxes in both Barti and the Kno2 portal.
1. Send a Letter via eFax
- Navigate to a finalized patient Exam.
- Select Create Letter at the top of the Exam.
- Select Fax Letter.
- Enter the fax number.
- Enter the recipient name.
- Enter the subject line.
- Add any additional notes.
- Select Send Fax.
Once the fax is sent, a Fax sent successfully notification will appear.
2. View a Sent Fax in Barti
- Navigate to the patient's Patient Profile > Files to view sent faxes.
3. Review Fax Activity in the Kno2 Portal
In the Kno2 portal, you can:
- Review fax activity by status: Delivered, Received, or Failed.
- View the My Intake section for incoming faxes.
- View the Release section for all outgoing faxes.
