Steps
- Create a Message Template for your Annual Recall.
- Navigate to the patient's Patient Profile.
- Open the patient's Messages inbox.
- Select Schedule a Message.
- Set a date and time to send the recall message.
- Select the patient's phone number.
- Select your Annual Recall template.
- Select Schedule.
