Navigate to invoice 0:01
- Navigate to the desired invoice and verify that all charges look accurate.

Click Patient Payment
- Click Patient Payment and verify the default payment amount, which is set to the full charge.
- Modify the Payment Method and Payer Details if required.
- Confirm that this amount reflects the total due from the patient. If the patient is making a partial payment, changes can be made here. To view all line items, click the down arrow next to the payment amount. Then, enter the specific amount the patient will pay.

- Click the Add Payment button to record the payment.
- Ensure that the payment reflects correctly in the system.
Manually Entering a Credit Card
Steps

Open the Invoice 0:14
- Access the invoice for the patient.
- Ensure you have the correct patient information.

Click on Patient Payment 0:29
- Locate and click on the 'Patient Payment' option.

Update Charges if Necessary 0:41
- Review the charges listed.
- Update any charges if the patient is making a partial payment, or proceed with the full payment.

Select Payment Method 0:52
- The system defaults to credit card via terminal.
- To switch to manual entry, select 'Credit Card Stripe' from the dropdown menu.

Enter Credit Card Details 1:03
- Click on 'Enter Credit Card Details'.
- A pop-up will appear for you to input the patient's credit card information.

Collect Payment 1:13
- After entering the credit card information, click 'Collect Payment'.
- The payment will automatically post to the invoice and to Stripe.
