Access Appointment Requests 0:16
- Navigate to the Appointments section.
- Click on Requests to view online scheduled appointments.
- Click Review Request to approve/deny a request.

Confirm/Edit Patient Information 0:42
- If a matching patient is found, it will be automatically suggested. If the patient is correct, click confirm patient information.
- If a matching patient is found, but some information does not match, select the item to keep (for example, which phone number to keep).
- If a matching patient is found but incorrect, click Cancel
- If a request is approved, a new patient record will be created. You can edit the patient information before saving if desired by clicking Edit Patient Info.
