Key Steps
Step 1: Navigate to Availability 0:00
- Navigate to Appointments then select Availability.
Step 2: Edit Availability 0:28
- Choose the provider whose availability you want to modify, the click Edit availability.
- Click on the appointment slot you want to modify. Enter a label for the slot (e.g., 'walk-ins only').
Step 3: View Availability Labels 1:35
- Navigate to the Calendar.
- In staff view, you will see availability labels for all providers.
- In week view, filter the calendar to a desired provider to see the availability labels for that provider.
