Option 2: Typing in the field to filter the list
- Start typing in the field to filter the list.
- Use the arrow keys or mouse to select the desired option.
- The system will auto-tab to the next field after selection.
Option 3: Manifest Refraction Drop-down Menus
- Click on one of the drop-down menus to select your data.
- The system will automatically tab to the next field after selection.
CL Parameter Validation
When entering contact lens prescriptions, Barti validates your entries against the selected product's available options:
Red-highlighted fields indicate one of two conditions: - The field contains a value that is not valid for the newly selected CL brand or product - The field is empty but the selected product requires a value for that parameter
Validated fields include: BC, Dia, Sph, Cyl, Axis, Add, and D/N. DVA, NVA, and order-only fields such as Color are not validated.
Changing CL brand: When you switch to a different CL product, any fields with values outside the new product's valid range will highlight red. Review and correct these before marking the prescription as Final.
Important Note: If red-highlighted fields exist when you click Mark as Final, a confirmation modal will appear. You must acknowledge it to proceed. Barti recommends resolving highlighted fields before finalizing.
