This article outlines the steps to customize the patient facing online scheduling insurance fields.
1.Access Organization Settings 0:00
- Navigate to the top right of your dashboard.
- Click on Organization Settings (admin user access).
- Ensure you have added your accepted insurances.
2.Add Accepted Insurances 0:16

If you haven't added accepted insurances, refer to the video Creating an Insurance List for Your Practice for guidance.
3. Navigate to Locations 0:38
- Go to the Locations section in your submenu.
- For each location, indicate which insurance types are accepted.
- Click Edit next to the location you want to modify.
- Navigate to Insurance Types Accepted.
- Choose from the following options: Medical, Vision, Medical and Vision, No Insurance.
- If Use organization-defined insurance networks is checked, the patient will select from the Accepted Insurances list. To allow free entry on the online scheduling page, uncheck this box.
4. Confirm Changes on Online Scheduling Link 1:29
- To confirm changes, you can review your online scheduling link.
- To locate this link in Barti, go to Appointments >Requests and click Public Booking Link.
