Making Adjustments/Write-Offs
Step 1: Edit the invoice
Step 2: Enter adjustment type and amount. Click Save Changes.
Step 3: Adjustments and Insurance resp. should now show the amount entered
Issuing refund to patient
Step 1: Open the invoice and click “Refund”
Step 2: Add remarks in “Invoice Notes”
Updating Fee Schedules
Step 1: Go to Billing > Services
Step 2: Click New Service (or “Edit” existing service)
Step 3: Enter fee details
Step 4: Ensure a location is attached before saving
Step 5: Services will display on your Services Page
Viewing Credits in Patient Invoices
Step 1: Navigate to patient’s profile > Invoices
Step 2: Negative balances will appear in the ledger
Printing and Sending out Patient Statements
Step 1: Navigate to Billing > Reports
Step 2: Select “Patient Aging Report” as report type
Step 3: Choose “Patient Only”
Step 4: Double-click patient name
