This article will walk through the Barti Homepage and general navigation. For more in-depth you can explore the Navigating the Homepage article.
Homepage
When you first log in to Barti you will be directed to the main page. This page will show you your day at a glance. You will see the schedule for the day along with their current status. On the right-hand column, you'll have a view of all of your open exams. If you are a Doctor, you can click on the "Only Me" tab to filter to your patients.
Menus
The main menu items will be on the left of the screen. These are the main menu items to navigate through Barti.
The main menu can be condensed or expanded by clicking on the double arrows at the top of the column "<<"
The solid red numbers indicate that you have a notification that needs to be reviewed:
- Appointments > Requests — An online appointment has been requested and needs review
- Patients > Forms — A digital intake form has been completed by a patient and needs to be reviewed
Universal Search: At the top of the page, you will find the universal search bar. This search bar will be present no matter what section of Barti you are in. You can search for a patient by first name, last name, and date of birth.
Settings: On the top right corner, you will find your account settings. This is where you can update your profile, open the onboarding portal to upload files for the Barti Support Staff, and update your account settings.
Homepage Filter Preferences
Barti automatically saves your Homepage filter settings so they are restored each time you return to the Homepage or log back in.
The following preferences are saved per staff member:
- Today's Appointments — your selected staff filter (e.g., "Only Me" or a specific provider)
- Tasks — the active tab you last viewed (My Tasks, Assigned by Me, or All Tasks)
- Tasks — your Open/Completed status filter checkbox selections
Important Note: Filter preferences are saved per staff member and do not affect what other staff members see on their own Homepage.
If you have any questions, please refer to Barti's Help Center or create a support ticket at support.barti.com.
