1. Accessing the VoIP Call Log 0:15
- Navigate to the VoIP call log to view all incoming and outgoing calls.
- Look for the shield icon in the number column to identify blocked numbers.
2. Blocking a Number 0:17
- Click on the three-dot menu next to the number you wish to block.
- Select Blocked Number from the menu options.
- Confirm the action by selecting Yes when prompted.
3. Viewing Blocked Numbers 0:44
- Go to the block list under the VoIP section.
- Review the list of all blocked numbers, including who blocked them and when.
4. Unblocking a Number 0:56
- Select the number you wish to unblock from the block list and click Unblock.
- Confirm that the number has been successfully unblocked.

No. Blocked Numbers only prevents incoming calls. Text messages from blocked numbers are not affected.
Can any staff member block or unblock numbers?
Any staff member with access to the VoIP section can manage blocked numbers. Contact your Barti administrator if you do not see the VoIP menu.
Is there a limit to how many numbers I can block?
There is no stated limit. All blocked numbers and their call attempt history are visible in the table.
What happens when a blocked number calls?
The call is automatically rejected and logged as a call attempt. The blocked number's call count increments each time they attempt to call.
What does the caller hear when blocked?
