In this article we will review the Inquiries feature in Barti that enables users to manage unknown text messages sent to a practices number (Barti VoIP #).

Navigate to Inquiries
- Go to the Message section
- Select the Inquiries tab

Manage an inquiry message
- Click on the message to see the full conversation.
- From there users can reply to, call or block the number.

Create a Patient
- Click on Create Patient opening the add new patient dialog
