This article outlines the steps to utilize the AI File Summary feature for summarizing PDF documents uploaded to a patient's profile.
Key Steps
1. Uploading a PDF File 0:35
- Navigate to a Patient Profile, then to the Files submenu.
- Click on Upload to upload a file.
- Choose the exam PDF you wish to upload and confirm the upload.
2. Viewing the Summary 0:59
- Wait for the file to refresh after uploading.
- Once processed, hover over the summary to view a one-to-two sentence overview of the PDF.
- Click the AI button to uncover additional insights and extend the findings.
3. Reviewing Insights on a Patient Exam 1:39
- Open a patient exam side panel.
- Select Patient Details > Files.
- You can see both the short summary and the additional insights provided by AI.
