Overview
Customers with Barti Pro and above have access to Barti Email Marketing. Here they can create campaigns and email blasts to send to their patients.
Enabling Email Marketing
- Navigate to Organization Settings -> Integrations
- Scroll down to Marketing Emails
- Select 'Enable Emailing Patients'
- Navigate to 'Email'
- Select 'Get Started'
How to send emails
Email Blasts - Single one off emails sent to a patient list
Email Campaigns - Multi-step sequences with scheduled follow-ups for a comprehensive outreach
- Navigate to Email -> Templates
- Click 'Create New Email Template'
- Complete Email Template
- Drag and drop components from the right into the email body
- Save email template
- Send an email blast
- Navigate to Email -> Email blasts
- Select template
- Select customers that should receive the email or select all
- Give the email blast a name
- Select a sending email address
- Click 'Save'
- When you are ready to send the email, select 'Start'
- Build an email campaign
- Navigate to Email - > Campaigns
- Select 'Create new campaign'
- Give campaign name
- Click on the '+' to begin your sequence
- Once you complete your sequence, choose your recipients and select 'Save'
- When ready, select 'Start campaign'
Custom Sender Domains
You can now send campaigns from your own branded email address, making it easier for patients to recognize your practice while significantly improving deliverability. Follow our setup instructions to configure your domain before your next send.
