A Barti account with permission to view reports
Steps
In the left navigation, click Reports, then Inventory.
Use the filter options to narrow results: Search product, Staff, Location, and date range.
Review the grid — each row is one inventory event, either an item added to stock or removed from stock.
To show or hide columns, hover over any column header, click the three-dot menu, then Manage columns.
To export, click Export. For a frames-specific export, click Export Frames.
To print, click Print Report.
What you'll see when it works
The report shows one row per inventory event, with columns for Status, Product, UPC, Location, Quantity, Reason, Notes, Price, Total Value, Profit, Last Updated, and Updated By.
How this report pulls its data
Added rows use the date the item was acquired; removed rows use the date it was removed — there's no single "created" date field.
Status shows Added or Removed. Reason shows "Acquired" for Added rows, or one of Sold, Exchanged, Lost, Stolen, Adjustment, Warranty, or Transfer for Removed rows.
Quantity is the amount for that single event, not a running stock balance.
Total Value is price × quantity for that event. Profit is (sale price − current wholesale cost) × quantity, and only appears on Removed rows.
All inventory types — frames, contact lenses, lenses, and other items — appear together. There's no product-type filter, only Search product.
Disabled or deleted inventory events don't appear.
Export contains the same columns as the on-screen grid; there's no separate Current View/Raw Data mode for this report.
Troubleshooting
My quantities don't add up to my current stock on hand.
Each row is a single event, not a balance. Add Added quantities and subtract Removed quantities over your date range to see the net change.
I can't find a specific item.
Check your spelling in Search product, and confirm the item isn't disabled.
