Fix a "Page doesn't exist" error when opening Barti Support

If you see a "Page doesn't exist" error when opening Barti Support, Chrome is autocompleting an old, broken link when you type. Follow these steps to clear the broken link and point your shortcut at the correct address: support.barti.com.

Step 1: Remove the broken link from Chrome's memory

  1. Click into the Chrome address bar.

  2. Type support until the broken URL appears in the dropdown.

  3. Hover your mouse over the incorrect suggestion.

  4. Click the small (X) icon on the right side of the dropdown to delete it from your history. (Alternatively, highlight it with your keyboard arrows and press Shift + Delete.)

Step 2: Update your saved bookmark

If you have Barti Support saved as a bookmark:

  1. Right-click the bookmark and select Edit.

  2. Change the URL field to : https://support.barti.com/

  3. Click Save.

What you'll see when it works

Typing support in the address bar now suggests support.barti.com, and opening it loads the Barti Help Center instead of the "Page doesn't exist" screen.

Still having trouble? Reach out to Barti Support and we'll help you get back into the Help Center.
